Executive Assistant

Jill has been an exceptional pillar with our organization for over a decade. She has over 15 years experience in administration and has been invaluable as the divisions of Inglur™ have grown. She is fluent in French, Arabic, Spanish and English, which have helped catapult the international expansion of our growing global markets. Jill’s ability to multi-task is second to none and with Johnny’s ever changing schedule of meetings, travels and events, she has truly proven to be an asset to the company.

 

 

Thierry Ngoie

CEO of International Development

Thierry has more than ten years experience in the operations and management of international business ventures. He has served as C.E.O. of International Development at Inglur™ with distinction. Thierry is currently working on the JRI-BCP initiative and is responsible for the project’s start-up. He has overseen business development initiatives throughout several countries, and has experience with strategic planning and innovative training for improving business, humanitarian efforts, profitability and performances.

 

 

Sherman M. Wilson

Regional Director of Operations

Sherman has worked extensively in many local and international business development projects. After a 16 year career with the Walt Disney World Co., Sherman joined JRI Worldwide in 1994 where he worked on various expansion and quality enhancements projects in different African countries. Sherman also worked on many domestic projects with JRI-Worldwide in the private contract division and consulting department for corporate franchise and private businesses. Competency for work on the JRI-BCP operations initiative is based on his experience in implementing process management systems, economic development models and scrutinizing trade agreements.

 

Lami A. Taweel, P.E.

President/ CEO of TES Consultants, PC

Lami is an engineer with over 30 years of experience in architectural/construction engineering and facility management. He has worked on numerous projects in the United States and international, where he has provided excellent and professional services. He is currently developing an ambitious water recycling project for alternative waste energy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, USA and Africa.

 

 

Gregory Dungan, AIA

Managing Partner, Senior Vice President at HHCP Design International, Inc.

Gregory has more than twenty-seven years of experience in the fields of architecture and construction, with clients and world class projects throughout the United States and abroad. Gregory has developed keen appreciation for the ability to look at every project from the client’s point of view. He has won several awards for resort architecture of the prestigious Palm Dubai project.

 

 

Yvonne Vicioso

Chief Financial Officer

Yvonne is a professional leader, specializing in both sales and operations management for top ranked organizations in the financial and banking industry. Yvonne has won several awards within the industry, which positioned her to grow with major financial institutions. She is now utilizing her 20 years of certified financial and business experience to build a great portfolio as the current CFO of Inglur™. Her outstanding efforts have helped to build great partnerships and investor relations to many Inglur projects.

 

 

Ricardo McQueen

Director of Quality Assurance

Ricardo is a licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist in Microbiologist, Certified HACCP Specialist and Indoor Environmentalist. His vast experience in, food and health safety and training have helped build an excellent quality assurance program for our USDA and FDA facilities. His proficiency and professionalism have made him a great asset to our team. Through his compassion for quality excellence, our facilities are ranked among the best.

 

 

Omar Martinez

Corporate Executive Chef

Omar has over 14 years of experience in the culinary industry. Having studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Omar has been privileged to be on the opening teams of such places as Season 52 with Darden Group and Paradiso 37 at Disney. Omar also assisted in the opening of numerous restaurants. In addition to dedicating himself to the culinary industry, Omar finds time each month to serve his community.  He is an integral part of our quality.

 

 

Dr. Mary Jo Ross

Vice President of Educational Programs

Dr. Mary Jo Ross brings 20 years of culinary expertise to Inglur™. Dr. Ross has a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology and a M. A. in Adult and Community Education, as well as a CPCE certification, which is awarded by the National Association of Catering Executives. Dr. Ross is also recognized as a certified Special Events Professional, which is the hallmark of professional achievement in the industry. Her high standard of achievement is invaluable to Inglur™.

 

 

Van Williams

Director of Human Resources

Van has over 15 years of experience in the public and interpersonal communication expertise and is now the Director of Human resources at Inglur ™. As a self motivated professional who has grown positive relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels, her major goal with Inglur is to ensure high quality training with every employee and executive that joins our organization . Van’s accomplishments have not gone unnoticed here at Inglur™. Not only is she an integral part of our organization, she is also active in the community as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and was awarded the American Citizenship Award from the Daughter’s of the American Revolution for her volunteer work.

 

Deborah Cobb

Director of Special Events & Distribution

Deborah has over 20 years of applied experience in the food and service industry, as well as several years dedicated specifically to the hospitality trade. Deborah’s career has grown from servicing the state of Florida to managing nationwide accounts for Inglur’s™ global development. Her ability to develop and implement the ordering and invoicing procedures for large companies has helped Inglur™ to grow to the company that it is today. She is also simultaneously overseeing special events for celebrities, political candidates and other VIP clients and has proven herself time and again.
